What is "evolutionary schema-management" ?

SBS’s semantic grid engine has the ability to decompose and compose data and data-structures on the fly.

There is no need for an up-front data schema. Data- and event-sources can be publish (e.g. DBs retain their local semantics) onto the grid in an autonomous manner. In a decoupled step rules are added to virtually align disparate data structures. This way the process becomes ad-hoc, incremental and transparent (micro-steps / traceability / web accessability).
